150ml Campari

75ml orange-flavoured gin

1 orange (use a blood orange, if you can get one), sliced

few dashes of Angostura bitters

500ml blood orange soda for topping up (you may need more, depending on the size of the jug)

Instructions

Step 1
Fill a large jug to the brim with ice. Pour in the Campari and gin, then stir in the orange slices. Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters, then briefly stir. Top up with the blood orange soda and serve immediately.
