The terms for using Daily Dine.

You may use Daily Dine to organize recipes, plan meals, and use the other features we make available. You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of recipes, notes, images, and other content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the service and honor the sharing choices you make.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload or publish your content.

Public notes must follow our Community Guidelines. You may not post harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, dangerous misinformation, spam, private information, or content you do not have the right to share.

People can report public notes and block other accounts. We may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.

Daily Dine Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the Pro features described on the purchase screen. The subscription period, localized price, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Purchases made in the iOS app are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your App Store account settings. Web subscriptions purchased through Stripe are managed from your Daily Dine profile. Canceling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period unless Apple or Stripe indicates otherwise.

You can permanently delete your Daily Dine account from the Account tab in your profile. This removes your account and associated app content, subject to limited retention required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or third-party processor obligations.

Deleting your Daily Dine account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage Apple billing in your Apple Account subscription settings before deleting your account.

Recipes, ingredient information, nutrition estimates, and generated suggestions are provided for general informational purposes. Check ingredients, allergies, food safety requirements, and dietary needs yourself before preparing or consuming food.

We may update, add, or remove features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Daily Dine is provided as is and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here and revise the date above. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
