Ingredients

5 tbsp custard powder

3 tbsp caster sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1.25 litres whole milk

50g milk chocolate drops or roughly chopped chocolate

100g dark chocolate drops or roughly chopped chocolate

Instructions

Step 1
Combine the custard powder, caster sugar, vanilla and whole milk in a saucepan. Put on a low heat and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly. Once simmering, cook for 1-2 mins on a gentle heat, then remove from the heat.
Step 2
Put the milk chocolate and dark chocolate in a large bowl, then pour over the hot custard. Leave for 2 mins, then stir to fully combine. Will keep chilled for up to two days in an airtight container.
