Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat 2 eggs well and set aside for later.

Put the flour on a small plate and set aside for later.

Cut hot dogs in half. Then from the middle point, cut the mini hot dogs to 4 strips.

Place a small amount of mashed potato on the top half of the mini hot dogs tightly by hand and leave the strip portion out.

Dip the mashed potato portion of the mini hot dogs in egg, then flour. Then repeat coating in egg and flour again. Lay the finished ones on a slightly oil sprayed baking sheet.

Slightly spray oil on all the octopus. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Delicious mashed potato octopus ready to serve! (Optional) Feel free to use ketchup or BBQ sauce to add some characteristics to the octopus. 🐙
