Step 1

Brown the butter over medium heat. Set aside to cool

I'm a mixing bowl combine both sugars and browned butter and whisk until combined

Add eggs and flavoring and whisk until combined

Add dry ingredients- flour, baking soda, cornstarch, salt. Don't mix yet

Step 5

Add chocolate chips and pecans. Here you will need to fold Ingredients until combined well and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before baking.

Step 6

Scoop cookies onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on 350 for 9-10 minutes if making larger cookies and 6-7 minutes if making smaller cookies
