A family friend brought this over when visiting us one get together. Her version included water chestnuts. So this is my revised version of what she called shrimp ramakie.

Soak shrimp in lemon juice and water for 15 minutes.
Lay out bacon slices and sprinkle each with sugar and Cavender’s seasoning.
Place a shrimp on each bacon slice, roll up, and secure with a toothpick.
Sprinkle more Cavender’s seasoning over the rolled shrimp.
Cook on a preheated Blackstone griddle until bacon is crisp and shrimp are cooked through. Or...
Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp by placing the shrimp on an air fryer tray.
Cook at 400°F for 5-6 minutes.
Open the air fryer, flip each shrimp, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
The shrimp is ready when the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
