When ya gotta hankering for some chocolate and only thing in the pantry is 100% powdered cocoa. This is a quick and easy recipe. NOTE: Our my grandgirl is allergic to nuts, so those aren’t added and my hubs is lactose intolerant, so I always substitute with margarine, unless it’s a buttermilk pound cake, lol
View original recipe on cookpad.comMelt margarine & chocolate squares in microwave or over double boiler. *if using cocoa, mix with dry ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients together, add melted margarine & vanilla. Stir well, add slightly beaten eggs. Mix well.
Add nuts.
Place in square baking pan.
Bake @ 350* for 25 minutes.
