Heat your oil. Season the cubed steak with seasoned salt. Add 1/2 cup cornstarch and 1/2 cup flour to a bag and coat the cubed steaks. Mix the 2 cups water with the seltzer water. Coat each cubed steak with the batter mixture.

Deep fry the steaks in the hot oil. Cook till done. Move them to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Repeat until all the steaks are done.

I cut some into strips, the granddaughters love them. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
