Jerk dipping sauce

Ingredients

4 sprigs thyme with stem

4 stalks green onion

1/2 small white onion

6/8 cloves garlic

1 tbsp fresh minced ginger

1 large habanero with seeds

2 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce, or regular

4 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp all spice

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tbsp nutmeg

Half bunch of cilantro and stems

4 oz can of pineapple in real juice or 1/2 cup pineapple juice

2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all Ingredients and process until smooth. Add oil yo a pan and heat. Add the mixture and simmer for about 7 minutes. Let cool and store or serve.
Step 2
Hot sauce glaze Add it to a pot and simmer as usual but add ketchup and honey to taste and then add to a vitamin until smooth
