(actually the thick gooey center of a Pot Pie) Seen a recipe on line, that I doctored up and this is what I came up with. Biscuit recipe was on Pinterest for copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits (but you can actually use the box mix if you want to). I have also served this in a square wide mouth pint mason jar with a cap of Fillo dough over the mouth of the jar. Great presentation. Have done this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit.

Added 7 chicken lag quarters. Set unit for high pressure for 20 minutes. Use natural release method for 15 min before opening.
While chicken is cooking add all dry biscuit ingredients to bowl. Cut in soften butter. Mix in milk and cheese and let sit until vegetables have cooked for around 5 minutes.
When chicken is done and sat for natural release. Remove chicken to bowl allow to cool. Once cooled some, remove bones and shred.
Add remaining 6 cups broth to pot. Also add mixed vegetables. Turn pot to saute and cook vegetables for around 5 minutes till liquid is at a rolling boil.
Add dollps of biscuit batter to rolling liquid. Stir in until mixture thickens
Add chicken and serve.
