Steamed Banana Cake

It's our 2nd time to make the cake. It's better the 2nd time around.

Ingredients

4 pcs mashed banana

2 eggs

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1.5 cups All-purpose flour

1 tbsp vanilla extract

5 tbsp nuts

5 tbsp chopped chocolates

60 ml evaporated milk

3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

Step 1
Mix wet ingredients (banana, eggs, oil, vanilla, butter, milk)
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolates, nuts). Mix well.
Step 3
Combine wet & dry ingredients.
Step 4
Grease mold with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Pour batter to mould.
Step 6
Put 5 pcs of whole nuts on top of the batter.
Step 7
Cover with foil.
Step 8
Steam in already boiling water for 50minutes.
Step 9
Remove from heat. Let cool and enjoy!
