Chicken Prawn Balls are a delicious fusion appetizer made by combining minced chicken and prawns into flavourful bite-sized balls. This dish blends the tender juiciness of chicken with the subtle sweetness of prawns, creating a rich and savory taste. Often seasoned with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and green onions, the mixture is shaped into small balls and then either deep-fried, baked, or steamed until golden and cooked through. They are popular in Asian cuisines and are typically served with dipping sauces like sweet chili, soy-garlic, or spicy mayo. These protein-packed bites make great starters, party snacks, or additions to noodle soups and rice bowls.
