We will start with melting chocolate and butter. place the chocolate and the butter in a heatproof bowl. Microwave for 15 minutes at the time and stir each time period until it's melted.

Add the sugar, vanilla extract, brandy and eggs to the chocolate and stir until it well blended.

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa and salt and add to the chocolate mixture just until the flour well combined.

Pour into prepared squared pan lined with baking paper, bake in a preheat oven to 170c 20 minutes. let cool before slicing.
