We make a semi-soft dough from the listed ingredients, which we let stand for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar & pudding powder together until it gets smooth.

Roll out the rested dough slightly larger than the size of the baking sheet. Put the dough on a baking sheet with paper, prick it with a fork & evenly distribute the cheese filling.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 20-25 minutes.

Spread a thick layer of jam on the cooled cake, then cover with chocolate frosting.

The cake tastes fantastic. It is creamy, fragile and thanks to the strawberry jam, it has a sour taste and is not too sweet at all 😊 It is also suitable for a visit, or for holidays or celebrations. Enjoy your meal❗
