Preheat a broad pan and set a stand for 10 minutes at low flame

Now use mixer and make butter fluffy and soft creamy.add sugar,vanilla essence and mix well.now add all the ingredients except all-purpose flour and buttermilk mixture.

Now use spatula and add in batches all-purpose flour and mix by cut and mix.when it mix well and add in batches buttermilk.make a thick lump free mixture.add avocado and nuts in the end gently.

Let it rest the mixture for 5 minutes and put in your cake pan after greasing your buttersheet and put in preheated pan.wait for 20 minutes and when it looks full fluffy just turn off the flame.let it cool down and decorate as your wish.
