In saucepan over medium heat melt the butter and garlic until you smell garlic fragrance

Add 2 tbs flour stir with fork

Add 1/4 cup milk whisk till it’s warm

Add the cream cheese till it gets smooth and creamy

Turn off heat Add the Macaroni in the mix and add the seasoning and parmesan cheese and stir

Add parsley and enjoy
