Heat oven to 375 degrees F Beat peanut butter, crisco,brown sugar, milk and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg

Stir flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add to cream mixture beating just until blended. Add peanut butter chips

Drop by rounded Tablespoon or cookie scoop 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet

Bake 7-8 minutes or until set and lightly browned.cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet.Remove to wire rack to cool completely….. Enjoy
