Buttermilk substitutes: 1 tablespoon and 3/4 teaspoon lemon 🍋 juice + enough milk to fill 1.25 cups line

Put all ingredients in bread machine according to instructions. Start the cycle.

Tips: use bread machine just to knead the dough. Take it out from the machine, shape, put in bread loaves and leave it for 2nd proofing, bake in oven. This step will result is softer and nicer texture compared to using preset function in bread machine.
