Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (all of the ingredients on back of box)

1 package lemon instant pudding (2 cups cold milk)

1 container cool whip

1 can pineapple tidbits

1 lemon KitKat (optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare yellow cake as instructed on back. Once baked, and slightly cooled, poke holes all over the top.
Step 2
Prepare lemon jello pudding as instructed on box and pour over yellow cake and let it sit for 15mins
Step 3
Add pineapple and let it cool almost completely before spreading cool whip on top
Step 4
Shave lemon KitKat bar on top for decoration (optional)
