Cilok (savoury tapioca balls)

Ingredients

500 gr all-purpose flour

250 gr tapioca flour

1 lt of hot water approx

1 large egg

3 pcs garlic grated

1 tbs white pepper powder

1 tbs vegetable stock powder

1 tbs fried onion

100 gr selery diced

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all together till it form like a glue, and add little by little egg and tapioca.
Step 2
Boil in hot water, until it comes up floating.
Step 3
Enjoy warm or cold with sweet soy sauce and sriracha sauce sambal
