I just love food and ideas from the web. As searching and just seeing so many delightful things I came up with this …. Let’s go 😎
View original recipe on cookpad.comCut plantains into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces. Circle shapes. Spray a nonstick pan generously with oil and turn on heat medium to high heat. Lay plantains on the pan and let them turn a golden brown color. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon on one side and turn over. Take a tablespoon full of brown sugar and sprinkle over plantains. When you see the sugar melting start stirring them around and it will carmelize and turn off heat. Set aside.
Put condensed milk in a pot and boil for just a few seconds and turn off be careful not to burn on the bottom. Let cool totally. Take the curd and mix in the powder whipped cream and beat this for just a few mins add cardamom and add the cooled condensed milk together.
Chop nuts. Let’s start layers. Pick a glass of choice and lay plantains on the bottom. Then nuts amount up to your liking and the cream and sprinkle with nuts on top. Refrigerate for at least 1hour and devour 😃
