Make sure that the milk solution is not too hot because it's going to kill the active yeast. Wait for it to rise. Add dry ingredients and the milk solution with yeast if it already gets bubbly. Wait for an hour for them to double the size. Cover with a towel or foil. After an hour, knead the dough as needed. Roll them to flatten and brush with butter. Add the filling. Prepare in a baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown on the top.
