Instructions

Step 1
Mix the flour with milk and make a fine paste.
Step 2
Put the jaggery in heated pan as it liquifies pour the coconut flakes and blend well
Step 3
Take batches out of the wet paste and pour it in the pan like pancakes and put a little amount of coconut/jaggery mix and wrap it around.
