Ingredients

1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 tsp Himalayan or Kosher Salt

1 cup Dairy Free Vanilla Yogurt (I used Cashew yogurt from TJs)

1/3 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract

2 tsp Lemon Zest

3/4 cup Sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then add them together. Bake 45 min in Oven 350F
Step 2
To make the Glaze: Mix 1 cup powdered with 3 Tbsp lemon juice. Drizzle on top of bread after it is completely cooled!
