I found this recipe eons ago, I don't even remember where, but it was such a smash hit, I have the recipe itself memorized! Enjoy! I've been meaning to post this forever, but I just now remembered to do so! 🤣🤣🤣
View original recipe on cookpad.comWhile preheating your oven to 375°-400° F, mix everything EXCEPT the french fried onions together in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
Pour into a 13"x 9" casserole dish, using the back of a your mixing spoon to level it off and spread it into the dish evenly. (If the mixture seems a little dry, add a little more ranch dressing at a time before pouring into the casserole dish.)
Bake uncovered at 375°-400°F for 55 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from the oven and top evenly with the french fried onions.
Bake for 5 more minutes, just to warm and crisp up the onions a little more.
Devour and enjoy!!! **NOTE: If you don't like French fried onions (but let's be real here, who doesn't??? LOL) Try coarsely crushing up some Nacho Cheese Doritos, and topping with those instead. I haven't tried those yet, but I think they sound like a delicious substitution option. Everyone I know loves french fried onions, so I haven't needed to try the Doritos LOL**
