View original recipe on cookpad.comPreheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan and set it aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set it aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, sour cream, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and pour in the boiling water. Mix until everything is just combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter evenly into the bundt pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs). Let it cool for 10-15 minutes, then invert the cake onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Once it's cool, you can make the ganache. Chop the chocolate up and place it in a medium, heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the cream over med-high heat until it comes to a low simmer. Once it does, pour the cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Let this cool for 20 or so minutes, then pour over the top of the cake.
