Ingredients

2 c paw paw (papaya) skinned n chopped save the seeds to dry and use ground up in other dishes

2 c cucumber skins and all

1 c seeded dates

1/2 juice of lemon

2 tsp turmeric powder

1-2 c water

1/2 c Greek yogurt

Instructions

Step 1
Just add all to your blender and blend away and enjoy your day 🥰 one for me and one for you 😘
