Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix the flour with the salt and baking soda

With the mixer mix the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until blended.

Add flour mix. Mix until flour is mixed in and the dough pulls together. Add chocolate chips until they mix in.

Place on tray with parchment paper and use cookie cutters to make the heart shape then put in oven for 10-11 minutes
