Then add in vanilla extract and 2 egg yolks and mix in together with the butter and sugar.
After that, sift in your matcha powder of choice and flour as well as your cornstarch, then add salt and mix very thoroughly. Then continue to add the chocolate chips of choice.
Roll the cookie dough into circular even balls and place them on a baking tray.
Refrigerate rolled cookie dough for 1-2 hours, overnight or until solid then wrap the cling wrap on top of the baking tray.
Preheat oven to 335 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 8 minutes
After 8 minutes, take the baking tray out and top it with chopped dark/milk chocolate. Then bake it for another 2-7 minutes
After 2-7 minutes, let it cool for another 5-8 minutes.
