Add egg + vanilla Stir in egg, honey, milk and vanilla until fully combined
Add dry ingredients Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until no dry flour remains.
Fold in chocolate chips Mix in chocolate chips (don’t overmix).
Chill dough (optional but better) Refrigerate dough for 10 minutes for thicker, gooey cookies.
Bake Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes.
Cool slightly Let sit on tray for 5 minutes so centers stay gooey.
