Prepare the Filling: • In a food processor, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, onions, and scallions. Pulse until well blended and finely chopped.
Assembly: • Divide rested dough into 10 pieces, roll into balls, and brush with oil. Rest for 40 minutes. • Flatten each dough ball into a disc. Place a spoonful of the blended filling in the center. Gather edges to seal tightly.
Roll flat.
Cooking: • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place pies seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Served best when warm and fresh!
