In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Chill dough for at least 30 minutes. (Make sure to cover)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers still look slightly soft.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
