Shape ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
Slice mushrooms. Sauté in 2 tbsp oil until golden, then remove from pan.
Pan-fry beef patties until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add 2 tbsp flour and cook briefly. Gradually add 1 cup vegetable stock, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbsp soy sauce, stirring to make gravy.
Return mushrooms to the gravy and simmer until thickened.
Fry 4 eggs sunny-side up.
Serve each plate with rice, a beef patty, mushroom gravy, and a fried egg on top.
