No wonder this pasta is named, โMarry meโ. Itโs so good, whom ever you serve it to will fall in love with you! I made it completely vegetarian and added spinach to make it even more nutritious. Notes: -I used angel hair pasta but you can use any spaghetti you have in your pantry. If you use pasta, use about 2 cups.

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to cooking instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
In the meantime, heat 3 tbsp of ghee or olive oil in a big pot and add a generous handful of spinach. Cook for 1 minute, or until it starts to to wilt.
Add 1 tbsp of AP flour and mix continuously. Add all spices, except salt and pepper and mix well.
Add 3/4 of vegetable broth and 1 cup of milk and mix well.
Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, mixing often, until sauce thickens up a bit.
After 5 minutes, add 1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes with 1 tsp of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Allow it to simmer for 1 minutes before adding cooked pasta. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of shredded cheese and 1 tsp of lemon. Mix well and remove from heat. Serve warm.
