Prepare ingredients and let them stay in room temperature for half an hour. Mix sugar,oil and softened butter for 2 minutes with electric mixer.

Add the egg and vanilla and mix again. Mix raisins with flour and add to the batter.

Cover an oven tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven 185°c. Place 11-12 scoop of batter apart from each other on tray and cook for 15 minutes.

Let cool and then ready!!
