6 kumquat

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 cup all purpose flour

6 mushrooms Cut thick

1/4 tablespoon chili pepper flakes optional
