Combine all ingredients in a large bowl…….. Let batter sit for a few minutes…….

Heat your skillet that has been sprayed with butter cooking spray and pour a small amount of batter into skillet …… Cook on low to medium heat…….

Flip over pancake when top starts to bubble and cook until underside is golden brown……

Serve with maple syrup, add a sprinkle of nutmeg on top and enjoy 😉!!!!
