This dough is so simple to make yet you have to be patient.
View original recipe on cookpad.comAdd flour to a bowl. Mix the hot water, sugar, oil, and salt. When mixes add the yeast let sit till it blooms. Make a crater in the flour.
When the yeast is fully bloomed and isn't fluffing anymore pour into the crater. Stir it up. Then knead. After 12 minutes kneading form into a ball.
Oil a clean bowl and coat the sides with oil. Cover with moist paper towels and let sit in a warm place, allowing it to rise. It will at least double in size. Poke it to deflate. Allow to rise a second time. If you are not going to use same day put into a plastic Ziploc bag in the refrigerator overnight. You don't have to wait for it to rise second time, bag it and put into refrigerator.
