Ingredients

200 g sugar

250 g all-purpose flour

50 g cocoa

5 eggs

150 g milk

120 g oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 and 1/2 tablespoon coffee

1 teaspoon baking powder

Haf teaspoon salt or a pinch

For the cream

200 g butter

100 g icing sugar

2 tablespoon cocoa poweder

50 g melted chocolate

1 teaspoon vanilla

40 g milk

Instructions

First mix dry ingredients
Step 2
Sparete egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk the latter until stiff peaks form, add sugar and white vinegar
Step 3
Mix the other ingredients after that mix it with the egg white let it rest for 5 minutes and bake 180 dg
