View original recipe on cookpad.comMix 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp Sugar and 1/2 Tsp Yeast.
Now mix the yeast mixture prepared in step 1 with 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil and 1 small egg to make a dough. After the dough is prepared, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest until doubled in size.
Now divide the dough into equal sizes you prefer. Shape the dough as shown. Place on a baking tin.
Now mix 1/2 tbsp water with 1/2 tsp sugar.
Apply the sugar syrup on the top portion of the bread.
Now bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven serve and enjoy.
