I learned this recipy in home economics a million years ago. Tomorrow a Child leaves the day centre a she wishes chocolat cake. This recipy makes 3 star shaped cakes. If you want only one regular cake Just half the recipy.

Whip the whites with the salt
Cream the yolks with the sugar
Melt the butter and margarine. And add to egg sugar mixture
Melt the chocolat in a waterbad (au bain marie). Add to the mixture
Sift the flour and bakingpowder and add
Fold in the egg whites
Put in a baking tin and bake for 40 min in a 180° preheated oven.
