Ingredients

3 tomatoes

1/3 C red onion - finely diced

1/3 C cilantro - finely chopped

1 jalapeño - finely diced

2 tbsp lime juice

1 good pinch of salt or to taste

1. Add jalapeño to your liking - more or less

2. Adjust small amount of salt then let this sit so the ingredients get to develop the flavour. Adjust the salt after that

3. Dice and chop other ingredients smaller than the tomatoes and dice/chop them uniformly

4. Add finely minced garlic for added flavour

5. Best consumed within 1-2 days. To be stored in an airtight jar

6. ALL INGREDIENTS CAN BE ADJUSTED TO YOUR LIKING and the SIZE OF YOUR SERVING

Instructions

Step 1
Prep all ingredients. See pic below for reference.
Step 2
Toss all ingredients together. Season with salt. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Leave pico de gallo to sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavour to develop. Best served on taco, burritos and as side for grilled meat.
