A whole cut chicken is baked with a simple mixture of olive oil, chicken stock, garlic, spices, and cheese, all topped with balsamic vinegar.
View original recipe on allrecipes.comPreheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place chicken pieces in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour stock and olive oil over chicken, then sprinkle with garlic. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, 45 to 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Pour vinegar over chicken to serve.
