View original recipe on allrecipes.comStack pineapple slices in a circle around the edges of a 2-quart wide-mouth glass jar, leaving the center open. Pour vodka into the jar so pineapple is completely covered. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
Remove pineapple and strain vodka through a mesh strainer. Pour back into the jar. Seal and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
