1 50ml aperitif such as aperol or campari

1 25ml sparkling water

1 champagne

1 Ice cubes

Step 1
Drop a few ice cubes into the bottom of a wine glass.
Step 2
Pour the aperitif into the glass, followed by the sparkling water, and then fill up the glass with champagne.
