Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Grease and line a 20cm cake tin.

Step 3

Cream sugar and butter until smooth.

Step 4

Beat in the eggs, then add in the vanilla paste.

Step 5

Sift in the flour and cinnamon then add in the milk.

Step 6

Pour into tin and smooth out until even. Bake for 20-25mins.

Step 7

Leave to cool for 5 mins before removing from the tin, then place on wire rack until cool.

Step 8

Cut, serve and enjoy!
