1 40ml gin

1 20ml chambord liqueur

1 60ml pressed pineapple juice

1 pineapple wedge, to serve

Instructions

Step 1
Shake the gin, Chambord and pineapple juice with ice really hard until the pineapple juice froths up a bit, then strain into the glass. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
