Ingredients

1 50ml rose petal vodka (make your own if preferred – see tip below)

1 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 25ml egg white

1 5ml absinthe

1 strip of orange zest

Instructions

Step 1
Put all the ingredients except the orange zest in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into an absinthe glass or small wineglass and squeeze the strip of orange zest on top of the drink for the aroma, then discard it.
