4 Raspberries

1 25ml raspberry liqueur (such as chambord)

1 champagne

Instructions

Step 1
Put four raspberries in a mortar and crush with a pestle.
Step 2
Scoop the crushed raspberries into a champagne flute, add the raspberry liqueur, then top with chilled champagne.
