Ingredients

1 pint fresh strawberries

1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

0.5 cup confectioners' sugar, or to taste

2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur, or to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Cut tops off strawberries; stand upright on cut sides. Cut from tip towards bottom 3/4 of the way down (for a fancier look, make a crosscut).
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and orange liqueur in a bowl using an electric mixer (or process in a food processor) until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe filling into each strawberry; arrange on a serving platter.
